Pam King is a proven Real Estate Broker with Prudential By The Lake Realty in Burlington, Ontario. She has been consistent with her sales each year through hard work, persistence, and her high level of customer service, since 1998.

Pam thrives on finding the perfect homes for her clients. She also knows how important a Seller's role is in a transaction and understands the differing needs of each Seller. She works hard to make sure the full home sale process, whether for a Buyer or Seller, runs smoothly. She welcomes new Clients, and cherishes her repeat Clientele.  Her years of experience with one individual Investor with whom she sold over 100 properties to, and then relisted for sale to flip the same properties, developed Pam strong negotiating skills.

Her specialties in real estate sales include first time homebuyers, condominium sales and single family home sales in the Hamilton-Burlington-St.Catharines, Ontario Area.

Pam is originally from Dundas, Ontario, growing up with an entrepreneurial Family business background. She raised her 3 sons, in Grimsby, Ontario. Having lived, worked & followed the Real Estate market in the Hamilton-Burlington-Niagara, Ontario area since buying her first home at the age of 19, Pam became Licensed in Real Estate, as a Real Estate Representative in July 1998. Further educating herself to obtain her Real Estate Brokerage License in January 2001.

Pam enjoys long walks with her Labrador dog, Hot Yoga, and experimenting with cooking recipes are her favorite activities in her free time. She also spends her time volunteering with the St.Catharines Rowing Club with various Regattas, The Brock Badgers Rowing Program, The Royal Canadian Henley Regatta & St.Catharines Rowing Club New Year's Day Fun Run. She currently resides in Burlington, Ontario.
